In Mac, we are going to use iPhoto Library and iTunes to get rid of the iTunes error 39.
Step 1: Open iPhoto Library
To open iPhoto Library, follow these steps; go to Username> Pictures> iPhoto Library. With the library opened and active, right click on it to activate or show the contents available.
Step 2: Locate iPhone Photo Cache
Once you have opened your existing contents, find the "Show Package Contents" and open it. Once opened, locate "iPhone Photo Cache" and delete it.
Step 3: Connect iPhone to Mac
With your photo cache deleted, connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. On your iTunes interface, press the sync icon and you are ready to go. This marks the end of the error 39 on your iTunes sync page.
