The World's #1 iOS & Android Data Recovery Software
Highest recovery rate in the industry
It is likely that many of you would like to use iPhone as a smartphone but always prefer using Microsoft Windows when it comes to PCs. For those who belong to this genre, sometimes it might be challenging to export iCloud contacts to Outlook.
Here you will learn how you can export iCloud contacts to your PC using both Windows' built-in feature and an efficient third-party tool, and then use the best possible method to import them to MS Outlook.
A short answer would be, No. Since both the apps use different architectures, at the time of this writing, apart from a few indie-developers, there is no particular app or tool that allows you to sync your iCloud contacts directly to MS Outlook. In order to get the job done, you must use an intermediary device, typically a PC.
Your first step in the process would be to export the iCloud contacts to a file and save the file to your PC. In the next step, you need to import the file to Microsoft Outlook using the program's built-in import feature.
This is a no-expense method where you are not required to pay for exporting and importing the contacts. However, a licensed copy of the product where you plan to import the contacts, Microsoft Outlook here, must be purchased.
1.Log on to your computer. (A Windows PC is used here.)
2.Make sure that your PC is connected to the Internet.
3.Open your favorite web browser.
4.In the address bar, type www.icloud.com and press Enter.
5.On the Sign in to iCloud page, In the available fields, provide your iCloud account details and press Enter.
6.Use the on-screen procedure to verify your identity (in case two-step verification for your iCloud account is enabled).
7.Once verified, from the available icons on icloud.com, click Contacts.
8.From the bottom-left corner of the Contacts page, click the Settings icon (represented by a gear symbol).
9.From the displayed menu, click Select All.
10.After all the contacts are selected, click the same Settings icon again, and click Export vCard this time.
11.Use the on-screen instructions to save the vCard file on your local hard drive.
12.Many times this method fails to import the contacts to MS Outlook due to different architecture used by the two platforms.
Dr.Fone - iPhone Data Recovery is one of the best programs to export your iCloud contacts to your computer. Dr.Fone has two variants, i.e. for iOS and Android devices, and is available for Windows and Mac platforms. However, since iCloud and MS Outlook are the main programs discussed here, Dr.Fone for ios is installed on a Windows computer for demonstration.

Using iCloud.com to export contacts to a vCard file and then using MS Outlook's built-in import feature to import the .vcf file is not efficient. Sometimes, only one contact can be imported at a time or the contacts cannot be imported at all.
