Install and open the Dr.Fone tool on your PC, and select "WhatsApp Transfer" among all the options. Then connect your Android or iPhone devices to the PC.

Step 1. Connect source and destination devices to the PC
You can transfer Android WhatsApp messages from Android to a new Android or iPhone. To do this, select "Transfer WhatsApp messages", and connect the source device (Android) and destination device (Android or iPhone) to your PC.
The following will take Android to Android WhatsApp transfer as an example. The same way goes for Android to iPhone WhatsApp transfer.
Step 2. Transfer WhatsApp messages
Make sure the positions of source and destination are correct. If not, click "Flip" for position swapping. Then click "Transfer".
The tool now goes through a series of processes like Check WhatsApp state, Backup WhatsApp on the source device, etc.
Step 3. Complete the WhatsApp transfer to Android/iOS
Ensure the cables are connected during WhatsApp transfer. In a while, the transfer will be complete. Then you need to check and perform some necessary WhatsApp setup operations on your Android or iPhone.

Step 1. Connect Android to PC with the USB cable
Connect your Android device to the PC and select "Backup WhatsApp messages" to start to backup WhatsApp messages from Android to PC.
Step 2. Backup WhatsApp messages of your Android device
When your Android device is detected, the WhatsApp backup process starts.
Keep your Android connected to the PC during WhatsApp backup. Wait until the backup is complete, and you can find all the processes are marked "100%".
By clicking "View It", you can find that your WhatsApp backup record exists on your PC.

Step 1. Connect your Android to the PC.
WhatsApp backup data of your former Android can be smoothly restored to your new Android if the same WhatsApp account is used. To start with, connect your new Android to the PC.
Step 2. Restore WhatsApp backup of old Android to new Android with your PC.
Click "Restore WhatsApp messages to Android device".
Then all the WhatsApp backup files are displayed. Select a desired one and click "Next."
Click on "Restore". In the prompt that pops up, enter your Google Play account if necessary.

Step 1. Connect your iOS device to PC.
Once you have backed up your Android WhatsApp data to PC, you can restore WhatsApp backup to your iOS devices. First, get your iOS device like iPhone or iPad connected to your PC.
Step 2. Restore Android WhatsApp backup to your iPhone/iPad
Click "Restore WhatsApp messages to iOS device".
In the WhatsApp backup list, find your Android WhatsApp backup file, select it and click "Next".
In the new window, click "Restore". Then the tool will start to restore all your Android WhatsApp backup data to the iOS device.
Wait until all the WhatsApp backup data is restored to the iOS device. You can then check WhatsApp messages/photos/videos from the iPhone or iPad.
