1. What to do if Dr.Fone - Phone Transfer fails to load the data on the target phone?
If Dr.Fone – Phone Transfer is able to recognize your device but load the data without success, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- Try to connect the device with another USB cable. It’d be better to use a genuine cable.
- Restart your target phone and Dr.Fone.
- If it still doesn’t work, please contact the support team and send us the program log file for further troubleshooting. You can find the log file from the following paths.
On Windows:C:\ProgramData\Wondershare\dr.fone\log (the file named DrFoneClone.log)
On Mac:~/.config/Wondershare/dr.fone (the file named Dr.Fone - Phone Transfer.log)
2. How do I fix it when Dr.Fone - Phone Transfer fails to transfer my messages/contacts?

- Force quit Dr.Fone and restart it.

3. What to do when the popup still appears after disabled the "Find my iPhone"?
If the popup still appears even after you have tried to disable Find my iPhone, please follow the steps below to make sure it's disabled. Show more >>
- Please tap the Home button of your iPhone twice and end the Settings process. Now restart the phone.
- Go to Settings>iCloud and make sure that Find my iPhone is disabled there.
- Open Safari and navigate to a random webpage, to ensure that your iPhone is connected to the Internet. Another way to test this would be to go to Settings>Wifi and switch to another network connection.
