Wondershare MobileClean respects your privacy and takes a careful attitude towards user information security. When you install Wondershare MobileClean, upon your agreement, Wondershare MobileClean shall, out of providing data transfer services, improving service quality and data collection accuracy, collect and process some data related to your mobile device and data types.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Wondershare MobileClean. The types of personal information collected includes but is not limited to: 1）Email address 2）For Gmail, we may have to store authorization credentials and related information for other sites. We will make it clear that we are requesting this information before you provide it and you can contact to have it removed. 3）Data you give us permission to access (e.g., your Emails, Profile) We only access the envelope and header information associated with your emails. The actual bodies of your emails are never downloaded or accessed within our computer systems.

2. THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION 1）We use your email address to communicate with you and to authenticate with 3rd party products integrated with our system. We will never sell or rent your email address or ANY personally identifiable or even aggregated information to another company. 2）For diagnostic purposes, our engineers may have access to private data (e.g., to fix a problem with the service). Before gaining such access, however, they must get management approval, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of that data. Regardless, we will not read the bodies of your email messages (we may have to look at the envelopes (To/From/Subject/Date) as part of our diagnosis, but we ignore the bodies of messages). 3）We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our App. 4）All personally identifiable information gathered can be disclosed to judicial or other government agencies subject to warrants, subpoenas or other governmental orders. But absent a legal compulsion, we will not divulge your information. 5）We do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

3.Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide Wondershare MobileClean access to your Google data, Wondershare MobileClean’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions: 1）Wondershare MobileClean will only use access to read or control Gmail message metadata (including information about attachments), headers to provide a web service that allows users to process (delete/move/archive) emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others. 2）Wondershare MobileClean will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements. 3）Wondershare MobileClean will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for MobileClean’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized. 4）Wondershare MobileClean use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. UTILIZATION OF TOKEN AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES

To ensure that the Application run properly, Wondershare MobileClean shall save a “token” file on your device. The token is an identity verification mechanism.The user submits account data to the server initially. The server generates a character string (token) based on specific policies. The token character string contains some user information and will expire after some time. The server transfers the token character string to the client end, which will save it and add it in the subsequent requests.

5. SHARING OR DISCLOSING OF YOUR INFORMATION?

Without your consent, Wondershare MobileClean shall never disclose your information to a third party for its own marketing or commercial purposes. Wondershare MobileClean, however, may disclose your information to the following entities:

1) Associated enterprises

Your information may be shared with an associated enterprise;

2) Business partners

Your information may be shared with a business partner of Wondershare MobileClean;

3) Service providers

Your information may be shared with an enterprise that provides services to Wondershare MobileClean or acts on behalf of Wondershare MobileClean;

4) Other entities upon your consent on information sharing

Apart from the disclosing situations described in the privacy policy, your information may be shared with a third party upon your consent on information sharing or request for information sharing.

6. PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Wondershare MobileClean has used protection measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, exposure, use, modification, corruption, or loss, and will take all feasible measures to protect your personal information by ensuring that all collected information is used only on the purposes specified in the privacy policy.

In case of security events concerning your personal information, Wondershare MobileClean shall, by complying with related laws and regulations, notify you of the following:

1) Basic situations and possible implications of the security events;

2) Counter measures taken or to be taken;

3) Comments that advise you to prevent or lower risks proactively;

4) Rescue measures.

Wondershare MobileClean shall inform you of the event situations by emails, mails, phone calls, notifications, etc., and dispense announcements in a reasonable and effective manner if it may be impossible to inform affected users one by one. You have the right to demand information rectification when finding that your information processed by Wondershare MobileClean is incorrect. Some information may be collected anonymously and therefore cannot be rectified.

3) Delete your personal information

You can demand the deletion of your personal information in the following situations:a. Your personal information is processed by violating laws and regulations;b. Your personal information is collected and processed without your consent;c. Your personal information is processed by violating the agreement;d. You no longer use the Wondershare MobileClean products or services, or have cancelled your account.

Some information may be collected anonymously and therefore cannot be deleted.If deciding to follow your deletion request, Wondershare MobileClean shall also demand that its related entities that hold your personal information should delete it in a timely manner, unless the cases are otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or such entities have obtained your permission independently of Wondershare MobileClean.When your personal information is deleted from related services, Wondershare MobileClean may not synchronize the information deletion in the system immediately, but will delete the required information during backup updates.

4) Change the authorized scope

Each service function requires some basic personal information for implementation. Refusal to provide such information may result in the failure to deliver the corresponding services to you. You can grant or cancel your permission anytime on the collection and use of additional personal information.

5) Limit the auto decision of the information system

In some service functions, decisions may be made based on non-human decision-making mechanisms, such as the information systems and algorithms. If such decisions affect your rightful benefits, you have the right to demand an explanation from Wondershare MobileClean, who will, therefore, provide proper redressing measures.

8.GLOBAL TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In principle, Wondershare MobileClean will use a database within the jurisdiction of People’s Republic of China to store the personal information collected and generated in the jurisdiction of the People’s Republic of China.

9. REVISION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Occasionally, Wondershare MobileClean may change this privacy policy.
