How to Monitor iPhone Data Usage?

Monitoring data usage helps you avoid overage charges and identify apps that consume a lot of cellular data.

Check Data Usage on iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
2. Scroll to see Cellular Data usage for the current period.
3. Check per-app usage below and toggle off cellular for high-usage apps.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Reset Statistics at the start of your billing cycle.
