How to Cast with Smart View
Method 1: Quick Panel (Fastest)
- Swipe down from the top of your Galaxy screen twice to open the full Quick Panel.
- Tap the Smart View tile (a screen with a Wi-Fi signal icon).
- Smart View automatically scans for nearby Samsung TVs.
- Tap your Samsung TV's name from the list.
- If prompted, accept the connection on your TV using the TV remote.
- Your Galaxy's screen now appears on the TV.
Method 2: Samsung Gallery Direct Cast
For sharing photos or videos directly from Gallery:
- Open Samsung Gallery > select photo or video.
- Tap the Share icon > Smart View.
- Select your Samsung TV — the content plays on the TV.
Method 3: Settings Menu
- Settings > Connected devices > Quick connect (or Smart View).
