How to Check If Someone Else Is Logged Into Your Samsung Account

If you suspect someone has unauthorized access to your Samsung Account — or you've lost a device — here's how to check all logged-in sessions and remove them immediately.

How to View All Devices Logged Into Your Samsung Account
From Your Galaxy Phone
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your Samsung Account (top profile icon).
  3. Scroll down to see all devices currently logged into your Samsung Account.
  4. Each device shows the name, model, and last active time.
From a Browser
  1. Go to account.samsung.com and sign in.
  2. Click Device management or My devices.
  3. All currently registered and logged-in devices appear.
What to Look For

Look for any device you don't recognize:

  • Unknown phone models
  • Devices in unexpected locations
  • Devices with recent activity you didn't initiate
How to Remove a Device from Your Samsung Account
From Phone:
  1. Settings > Samsung Account > tap the device you want to remove.
  2. Tap Remove or Sign out.
  3. Confirm — that device's Samsung Account session is immediately terminated.
From Browser:
  1. account.samsung.com > My devices > select unknown device > Remove.
Check Login Activity and Security Events
  1. Go to account.samsung.com > Security > Recent activity.
  2. Review login timestamps, IP addresses, and device types.
  3. If you see logins from unknown locations or devices, immediately:
    • Change your Samsung Account password
    • Enable two-step verification
    • Remove all unrecognized devices
Immediate Response Checklist (If Compromised)
  • ✅ Change password immediately: account.samsung.com > Security > Change password
  • ✅ Enable two-step verification: account.samsung.com > Security > Two-step verification
  • ✅ Remove all unknown devices from your account
  • ✅ Check if any Samsung Pay cards were used without your knowledge
  • ✅ Verify Samsung Cloud backup wasn't accessed or tampered with
  • ✅ If Samsung account was linked to financial info, contact your bank
