Check Your Current Samsung Cloud Usage
- Go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud.
- Tap Storage or Backed-up data.
- A breakdown shows how much each category (Photos, Notes, Contacts, etc.) consumes.
Free Up Samsung Cloud Storage
Method 1: Delete Old Device Backups
Old backups from previous phones you no longer own consume storage:
- Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Manage storage.
- Tap Backed up devices.
- Select old devices you no longer use.
- Tap Delete data to remove their backups.
Method 2: Reduce Photo/Video Backup Size
