How to Share iCloud Storage with Family?

With Family Sharing, you can share an iCloud+ storage plan (like 200GB or 2TB) with family members while keeping everyone’s photos and files private by default.

Step 1: Set up Family Sharing

Go to Settings > [your name].
Tap Family (or Family Sharing).
Tap Set Up Your Family and follow prompts to invite members.

Step 2: Share iCloud+ storage

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage.
Tap Change Storage Plan (upgrade if needed).
Enable Share with Family (wording can vary by iOS version).

Common problems
