How to Use iPhone Music Controls?

You can control music from the Lock Screen, Control Center, Siri, and supported headphones. Learn these shortcuts to skip tracks faster and adjust output devices.

Fast music controls (most useful)

• Lock Screen: tap the Now Playing card to expand controls.
• Control Center: press and hold the Now Playing panel for output selection.
• Change output: tap the AirPlay icon and choose speakers/headphones.
• Siri: ‘Play my Chill playlist’, ‘Skip’, ‘Turn it up’.
