How to Report an iOS 27 Bug to Apple
A useful iOS 27 bug report explains what happened, how to reproduce it, and what you expected instead. Reporting a problem does not guarantee an individual reply or a fix date, but a concise repeatable report is more actionable than a general complaint.
Prepare the report
- Write the iPhone model, installed iOS version, app version if relevant, and the exact time of the issue.
- List the shortest steps that reproduce it, including the expected result and the actual result.
- Attach a screenshot or screen recording with personal information removed.
- Say whether the issue survives an app restart, iPhone restart, or a repeat on another network.
Choose the right channel
Use Feedback Assistant when it is available for your Apple software program or device. For a problem that prevents normal use, use Apple's support options as well, especially when the phone restarts, overheats, will not update, or cannot make emergency calls. Include the evidence you collected rather than repeatedly submitting the same short message.
Protect your data first
Back up before trying disruptive troubleshooting. A report should describe the observed behavior without claiming that iOS 27 caused it unless Apple has documented that specific cause.
