How to Fix WhatsApp Transfer Stuck at 75% (Android to iPhone)

If WhatsApp transfer is stuck at 75%, the percentage itself does not identify a specific fault. If the loading bar on the iPhone is still moving, leave both phones connected and wait; Apple says transfer time varies with the amount of content being moved. If the bar has stopped and the transfer eventually fails, retry from a clean setup instead of treating 75% as a unique error code.

Check whether the transfer is actually frozen

Use the iPhone loading bar as the completion signal. Do not stop the transfer only because the Android side appears to pause at 75%.
Keep both phones connected to power and near each other.
Leave Move to iOS onscreen on Android. Do not open another app or take a call during the transfer.
Confirm the iPhone has enough free storage for the Android content.

Retry in the correct sequence

Before iPhone setup: update WhatsApp on Android, make sure Move to iOS is installed, use the same phone number you plan to use on the iPhone, and start with a new or factory-reset iPhone.
During iPhone setup: choose From Android, connect the phones, and continue to the Transfer Data screen.

When you must start over
