How to Use Samsung Galaxy Edge Panels for Quick App Access
Samsung Galaxy Edge Panels are a hidden productivity feature that gives you quick access to apps, contacts, clipboard, and tools from the side of your screen — no matter what app you're in.
How to Enable Edge Panels
- Go to Settings → Display → Edge Panels and toggle it On.
- A small transparent handle will appear on the edge of your screen (right or left side).
How to Use the Edge Panel
- Swipe the handle outward to open the panel.
- Swipe left/right within the panel to switch between different panel types.
Available Panel Types

How to Add/Remove Panels
- Open the Edge Panel → tap the Settings icon at the bottom.
- Toggle panels on or off.
- Tap Galaxy Store to download more panel types.
Move the Handle Position
Go to Settings → Display → Edge Panels → Handle to change position, size, transparency, and which edge (left or right) the handle appears on.
Pro Tip:
Assign the Edge Panel to your most-used apps for one-swipe access, especially useful while using another app.
