How to Verify Your Apple ID Email?

Email verification helps secure your Apple ID and ensures you can receive important messages like sign-in alerts and purchase receipts. If you recently changed your Apple ID email (or created a new one), you may need to verify it.

How to verify your Apple ID email (iPhone)
  1. Open Settings > tap your name.
  2. Tap Sign-In & Security.
  3. Look for prompts related to email verification or your Apple ID email status.
  4. If available, tap Resend Verification Email.
  5. Open your inbox and click the verification link from Apple.
If the verification email doesn’t show up
  • Check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.
  • Search your inbox for “Apple ID” or “verification”.
  • Confirm the email address is typed correctly in Settings.
  • Wait 10–15 minutes, then resend once.
  • Ensure your mailbox isn’t full and that Apple emails aren’t blocked.
Alternative: Verify via Apple Account website

You can also manage account details at https://appleid.apple.com/ (sign in and check email settings if prompted).

Security note

Only click verification links from official Apple emails. If a message asks for sensitive info or looks suspicious, don’t interact with it—verify by going directly to Apple’s official website instead of clicking the email link.

🤔 Protip:

If you can’t access the iPhone settings due to device issues (crash loops, unresponsive system), Dr.Fone - System Repair (iOS) can help you regain stable access, then you can complete verification normally.
