Transfer contacts, SMS, photos, music, video, and more between your iOS devices and computers.
As for data transfer between different devices, dr.fone - Switch is a very good choice. It can enable you to easily transfer your phone data between different device operation systems without losing data. It can transfer all data from iPad to Samsung directly, including music, photos, videos etc.
Transfer Photos, Music, Videos and More from iPad to Samsung
First of all, launch dr.fone and connect your iPad and Samsung to the computer. Then dr.fone window comes out, on which you can click Switch to show the iPad to Samsung transfer window.
Connect your iPad and Samsung to the computer. dr.fone will detect them automatically and display them in the window.
All supported data are ticked. Click "Start Transfer" to begin the data transfer. A progress bar in the pop-up dialog tells you the percentage of the data transfer. When the data transfer finishes, all the iPad data will be shown on your Samsung device.
Step 1. Launch iTunes and click Store.
Step 2. In the pull-down menu, choose Authorize This Computer… In the pop-up dialog, fill in your Apple ID and password that you use to purchase music and video.
Step 3. Click Edit > References… > Advanced > tick Keep iTunes media folder organized and Copy files to iTunes media folder when adding to library.

However, not all Samsung phones or tablets have built-in Google sync. In this case, you can import the VCF to your Samsung phone or tablet with Google or iCloud. Here, I take the iCloud as an example.
Step 1. Launch www.icloud.com on the internet. Log into your account. Click Contacts to enter the contact management window.
Step 2. Select a contact group and click the icon located at the lower left corner and choose Export vCard…
Step 3. Plug in an Android USB cable to connect your Samsung phone or tablet to the computer. Open the Samsung SD card folder and drag and drop the exported iCloud vCard to it.
Step 4. On your Samsung phone or tablet, go to Contacts app and click menu. Then, choose "Import/Export" > "Import from USB storage". The vCard file will be automatically synced to the contact list.
