How to Block Spam Calls on iPhone?
Option 1: Silence Unknown Callers (Fast)
- Settings > Apps > Phone (or Settings > Phone).
- Tap Silence Unknown Callers.
- Turn it On.
Unknown numbers will go to voicemail and appear in Recent Calls.
Option 2: Block a Specific Number
- Phone app > Recents.
- Tap (i) next to the number.
- Tap Block this Caller.
Option 3: Filter Spam Messages Too
Messages app often shows a Report Junk link for unknown iMessage senders.
Enable Filter Unknown Senders in Settings > Messages.

- Reduces robocalls immediately
👎Cons
- You may miss legitimate calls (delivery, doctors, new contacts)
- Consider adding key numbers to Contacts
