You' ll need to enable USB Debugging on the Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S8/S8 Plus if you wish to use developer tools like the Android SDK or Android Studio with the device. Enabling it requires a few "secret" steps. Here's how it's done.
1. For Samsung S8 running on Android 7.0
Step 1 : Turn on your Samsung Galaxy S8/S8 Plus.
Step 2 : Open "Settings" option and select "About phone".
Step 3 : Choose "Software information".
Step 4: Scroll down the screen and tap "Build number" several times until you see a message that says "Developer mode has been enabled".
Step 5: Select on the Back button and you will see the Developer options menu under Settings, and select "Developer options".
Step 6: Slide the "USB debugging" button to "On" and you're ready to use your device with developer tools.
Step 7: After finished all these steps, you have successfully debugged your Samsung Galaxy S8/S8 Plus. Next time you connect your Samsung phone to computer using a USB cable, you will see a messages "Allow USB Debugging" for allow a connection, click "OK".

Step 1 : Turn on your Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S8/S8 Plus
Step 2 : Go to your Samsung Galaxy "Application" icon and Open Settings option.
Step 3: Under Settings option, select About phone, then choose Software Info.
Step 4: Scroll down the screen and tap Build number several times until you see a message that says "Developer mode has been enabled".
Step 5: Select on the Back button and you will see the Developer options menu under Settings, and select Developer options.
Step 7: After finished all these steps, you have successfully debuged your Samsung Galaxy Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S8/S8 Plus. Next time you connect your Samsung phone to computer using a USB cable, you will see a messages "Allow USB Debugging" for allow a connection, click "OK".
