Step 1: Open the Dr.Fone iOS toolkit on a Windows computer and click on the "Phone Manager" option from the set of utilities.

Step 4: iPhone will contact the Exchange Server and you will need to enter the server the Exchange server address.

Step 5: Now select what you want to sync with the Outlook account like Contacts, Emails, Calendars, and Notes. In this case, you need to toggle the Contacts switch ON.
