Follow the procedure to learn how to import contacts to iPhone from CSV/VCF using Dr.Fone - Phone Manager on Windows version.

Step 1: Open the Dr.Fone iOS toolkit on a Windows computer and click on the "Phone Manager" option from the set of utilities.
