The Pokémon GO team has revealed their January list, as discussed earlier. Heading to the month of romance, Chansey is announced as the star of February’s Community Day Pokémon GO 2024. Now, let’s specifically shed light on February’s Community Day so you can get ready and mark the dates:

• Exact Date:February 4, 2024 - Sunday (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Local Time)

1. Featured Attack

• Blissey:A Pokémon characterized by its exceptional defensive capabilities can be obtained by evolving Chansey during the event or within a five-hour window thereafter. What makes this particular Blissey special is its proficiency in executing the Charged Attack known as Wild Charge.
• Wild Charge:As a Charged Attack, it possesses significant potency in Trainer Battles. It boasts a formidable power of 100 and guarantees the ability to reduce the User's Defense during these battles. In the context of gyms and raids, Wild Charge maintains its strength with a power level of 90.

2. Community Day Special Research Story

• For a nominal fee of US$1.00 or the equivalent in your local currency, you will gain exclusive access to the Chansey Community Day Special Research story. This limited-time offer provides a unique and engaging narrative within the game.
• Stay alert for the announcement of when tickets for the Special Research story will be available for purchase.
• It's important to note that these tickets are nonrefundable, with exceptions dictated by applicable laws and the Terms of Service. Additionally, please be aware that this Special Research package does not include an in-game medal.
• A noteworthy feature is the ability to purchase and gift tickets to your friends who have achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with you via the in-game shop.

3. Event Bonuses

• Double candy reward for capturing the Pokémon.
• Reduced egg hatch distance by 1/4.
• Trainers at level 31 and above have a doubled chance of receiving Candy XL when catching Pokémon.
• Lure Modules activated during the event will extend their effects by a three-hour duration.
• Regular Incense (Excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will also have an extended three-hour duration.
• Capture a few snapshots during Community Day and expect a delightful surprise.
• Enjoy one additional Special Trade opportunity, with a maximum of two for the day.
• Trades will demand 50% less Stardust, making it more cost-effective for participants.
• There's a chance of hatching Happiny from 2 km eggs obtained during February Community Day. Happiny hatched from these Eggs will share the same likelihood of being Shiny as Chansey appearing during the February Community Day.

Note: The majority of bonuses typically operate solely within the three-hour event timeframe. However, the specified bonuses will be in effect from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM local time. Thus offering an extended window for participants to enjoy these additional perks.

4. Bonus Raid Battles after Community Day

Announced Date: Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM local time.

Following the conclusion of the 3-hour Community Day Pokémon GO 2024 event, trainers will have the opportunity to engage in special Four-Star Raid Battles. Achieving victory in one of these unique raids triggers the emergence of more Chansey in the vicinity of the gym where the raid took place, extending the encounter period to 30 minutes.

1. Four-Star Raid Battles

Four-Star Raid Battles featuring Chansey can only be accessed using Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes. It is important to note that Remote Raid Passes are not applicable for participation in these specific Raid Battles.

2. Bonus for Completing Four-Star Raid Battles

Upon successfully conquering a Four-Star Raid Battle against Chansey, an additional invasion of Chansey will materialize around the hosting gym for the subsequent 30 minutes. There's even the chance to encounter a Shiny Chansey during this period.

Note: It's worth mentioning that Chansey appearing under these circumstances holds an equivalent likelihood of being Shiny. Compared to those encountered during the three-hour event period of February Community Day Pokémon GO 2024.

5. Other Things to Look Out For

• Special Tasks:During the February Community Day in Pokémon GO, there are special tasks for you. Catch Chansey to get rewards like more chances to encounter Chansey, Stardust, and Great Balls. Also, check out cool displays at different PokéStops during Chansey Community Day.
