8 Ways to Fix Airpods Won’t Connect to iPhone

All you need to do is unlock your iPhone, go to its Settings > General > Reset, and tap on the “Reset All Settings” option. Now, just enter the passcode of your device and wait as your iPhone would be restarted with its default settings.
Solution 7: Disconnect and Pair your AirPods to iPhone Again
By following the above-listed methods, you would be able to fix most of the minor problems with your AirPods. Though, if your AirPods Pro won’t connect to iPhone even now, then you can simply pair them again. To do this, you can just disconnect your AirPods from your iPhone and pair them again in the following way.
Step 1: Disconnect your AirPods from iPhone
At first, just unlock your iPhone and go to its Settings > Bluetooth to just select the connected AirPods. From here, you can choose to disconnect your AirPods or just forget the device entirely.

Now, you can just place the AirPods in the case and close it. Flip the case and hold the Setup button at the back for at least 15 seconds to reset it. Let go of the Setup button once you get the Amber light on the case.
